Android Email Management

Open Outlook 

If the phone detects your email account you should see the following, touch “1 Account Found” 
 

Confirm the email address detected is correct, confirm it is checked, and then touch “Continue” 
 

On the Add Another Account screen, select “Maybe Later” 
 

Open Outlook 

Select “Add Account” (You do not want to select “Create New Account”) 

Type in your email address, then touch “Continue” 
 

Type in your password and touch “Sign in” 
 

On the Add Another Account screen, select “Maybe Later” 
 

Touch the Outlook logo located in the upper left corner of the screen 
 

Touch the Settings (looks like a gear) icon located in the lower left side of the screen 
 
 
 
 

Select your email account from the list of “Mail Accounts” 
 

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the “Account Info” screen, and select “Delete Account”
