Directions for checking Voicemail

Method #1 - Using our 1-800 number.

1. Call 1-800-266-7845
2. Enter 2
3. Enter *
4. Enter your ID followed by the # key (same as your 4 digit extension).
5. Enter you Voicemail PIN followed by the # key (same 5 digit pin you use when checking voicemail from you desk phone.)
6. Listen to your Voicemail.

** If you have cell phone setup with single number reach (SNR) you must use the 1-800 method.**

Method #2 -  Call your desk phone directly.

1. Call your desk phone and wait until voicemail picks up.
2. Enter *
3. Enter your ID followed by the # key.  (same as your 4 digit extension).
4. Enter you Voicemail PIN followed by the # key (same 5 digit pin you use when checking voicemail from you desk phone.)
5. Listen to your Voicemail.

Method #3 – While in your office.

1. Select the Message button (looks like a small cassette tape)
2. Select the specific line first that you want to check, if you have more than one line. 
3. Enter your ID followed by the # key.  (same as your 4 digit extension).
4. Enter you Voicemail PIN followed by the # key (same 5 digit pin you use when checking voicemail from you desk phone.)
5. Listen to your Voicemail.
